there’s a high school history teacher on youtube who predicted the iran war a year ago. he had no subscribers 3 days ago, and since the war started he’s gained 150k+ subscribers his concept is “predictive history”, using our past to understand our present and explore what might happen in the future

He’s actually a professor at Columbia University in NYC. He’s all over my TikTok. Americans are stumped is because most of our history is propagandized It's not pure and and unadulterated. So as Americans, we failed to recognize even our own historical patterns and devalue political science as an actual field of science.
