We often confuse motion with progress.
Constant activity feels productive, but often it’s just noise.
Napoleon ignored his mail for days not because he was lazy, but because he understood that urgency is often artificial. Most things resolve on their own when you don’t rush to react.
But that’s not strategy that’s reactivity disguised as effort.
True productivity is calm, intentional, and ruthless with attention.
It’s not doing more it’s doing less, better.

The most productive people I know have one thing in common: they're not busy.
