Season 1 will last 4 weeks. 2% of $TIPN supply will be available to tip via allocations across the season, with 0.5% supply unlocks every Tuesday. Guiding principle: Use it, or lose it

A bonus 1% of $TIPN supply will be distributed to allocators at the end of Season 1
