Which means they are probably also gamers, but worth making the distinction.

Of course they are, gamers really hate blockchain and it doesn't really offer much to most games. If anything the use cases I have seen that make sense are mostly concerned around DRM.

7.2% is way more than I would have thought.

They clearly don't understand the benefits of programmable value that unlock player driven economies.

Having worked at a gamestudio trying to bring blockchain to gaming a while back, 7.2% is higher than I thought it would be. Most gamers either hated it or didn’t care. This wasn’t web-based though; we were using Unreal to build.

I still think it could be use in the sector for in-game items and economies.
