The best thing about cold outreach and one on one onboarding is it’s the only distribution channel within your control. Every other channel is a crap shoot no matter how well you’ve optimized for it. Algorithms change, ad rules change, traffic patterns change, AI consumes everything.

That’s not to say other channels are unimportant. They are and they are the only way to scale. But just know that you don’t have as much control as the channel experts want you to think you do.
