Olena had a long background as a portrait photographer but became interested in AI art following a period of immobility caused by surgery. During this time, she had the opportunity to learn about AI technology, which piqued her interest and inspired her to try her hand at creating art with these cutting-edge tools. Since then, she has been creating figurative art that combines modernism, surrealism, and symbolism: ‘The process of transitioning from traditional photography to AI art has been both challenging and rewarding. While I miss the tactile experience of working with a camera, I have found that the endless possibilities of AI art have opened up new avenues for creative expression’

Speakingtomato explores themes of identity, memory, and the passage of time. She can investigate the human experience in great detail and produce art that is both incredibly personal and eminently relevant because of these ideas. More than 200 of her NFTs, arranged into several collections, are available onvarious blockchains. Olena uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create all of her images digitally, which are then manually enhanced using a variety of tools, such as Adobe Photoshop's digital painting feature. ‘I work with a few different types of AI, which allows me to polish the artwork and imbue it with meaningful details that capture the essence of my vision’.

Her AI creations have been shown at several events and exhibitions, such as NYC/Oculus and Beeple’s Studios 2024, Aeon Studio and Uncommon Gallery Seoul 2023, Milan Fashion Week 2023, Maifmaifmaif show in LA 2023, Miami Art Week 2022, NFTLondon 2022, etc. Olena is also involved in TEZ Girls, a community of female NFT artists, and MAIF, a group of artists who use AI tools in their work.
