I feel like I was born without a manual on how to operate myself And then over time through trial and error, I had to write my own manual

Being given a instruction manual for body and mind from my future self would be truly a great gift. 'Eat this, don't eat that, if you do this you'll feel lousy, go do that instead' but from future self (time travel). Would save so much time having to try and error-correct.
