Upon return I could manage:
3 sets, 6 reps, 70kgs
Combining curiosity and laziness, I started with the following and found great results building back strength.
Set 1: 12x40kgs
2: 10x50kgs
3: 8x60kgs
4: 6x70kgs
5: 8x60kgs
6: 10x50kgs (I found failure during this set at first)
