Okily dokily. A layman's guide to DistrictOne. My approach is to go tab by tab across the top and explain what i understand about each. Then you can go to each tab with some understanding of WTF is there, without looking at the endless epilepsy-fit-inducing mess and getting confused like i did.

I think amount of effort it takes to play Crypto Valleys effectively, is perfect. I honestly didn’t like grinding the HV-MTL game. Dookie Dash was brainless. CV. Show up 3 times a day for 5 minutes. Get my dopamine. Move in with my day. Bring on Phase 2.

Sharing a gym win. I recently to the gym recently after a year off and learnt something about building back strength. I’ll use the ever-relatable exercise: Bench! Prior to my year off I could complete: 3 set, 6 reps, 95kgs comfortably. I would do this once, maybe twice a week. And I had plateaued. Cont..

Upon return I could manage: 3 sets, 6 reps, 70kgs Combining curiosity and laziness, I started with the following and found great results building back strength. Set 1: 12x40kgs 2: 10x50kgs 3: 8x60kgs 4: 6x70kgs 5: 8x60kgs 6: 10x50kgs (I found failure during this set at first)
