Kinda can't wait until my kids are like 10 and we can bond through video games. Saw this post of Nintendo gear and it made me nostalgic for my 90s childhood. Currently we do zero screens time with them, except Friday night movie night as a family, and they have killer attention spans at ages 5 and 3. Still I think there is value in gaming responsibly. š¤

at what age did you introduce family screen time?

Probably about when my youngest turned 2 because my eldest had just turned 4 and it was time to do some fun family movies like Coco and shows like Mr. Rogers. 2 is a bit young IMO but it's worked out great because it's a family ritual.
