Online communities are a "toy model" for studying governance. Nouns is undoubtedly one of those playable toy models. Regarding the idea that "the role of AI is to cultivate humans," Seth Ray puts forth an idealized scenario: an AI could play the role of a mentor. For instance, to join a new system, you'd first have to successfully run and build a sub-system with thousands of agents, serving as its community manager. If we were to set up such a test for a new Nouns participant, where they must be trained in an agent system before they can participate in the auction, what kind of "exam questions" should we give them? What qualities must someone possess to be a good potential Nouner?
