I am no longer a cyborg and was given a lot of homework to do and think about while we wait for insurance approvals for a permanent occipital nerve stimulator. I thought I was being whiny but now I see why I was so sore! Everything past the black stitches was under my scalp so a large needle was there a week ago to feed those wires into me. Of course I was super sore! But I did like the stimulator. And I get to wash my hair soon. And I got a cinnamon roll as a treat. Winning.
