I’ve found that I had to change a lot of habits I learned too! Things move quickly here and that’s hard to convey to people who don’t spend time here daily. There is a definitely a culture here and it’s really hard to understand at times! But with the leaderboard, we can see what the algo likes and values and that’s been extremely valuable!
