We spent 2.5 hours programming my occipital nerve stimulator yesterday. It’s been less than 24 hours and I already have notes for changes. These poor guys have no idea what’s coming. I also have 10 screenshots where I’ve highlighted bad UX and found 4 inconsistencies in their user manual which sucks. Their quick start guide is also terrible.
