First meal I cooked in Korea! I cheated and used a meal kit and it was really delicious! Not too spicy, but definitely had some kick. I didn’t get a final photo because I kept tasting it right outside of the pot! I didn’t even make the noodles because it was so yummy as soup that I just ate it that way. I have leftovers for at least 2 lunches and it cost about $8 at the grocery which felt very fair! This could have fed a group!
