Fascinating analysis on the first 10,000 pro subscribers. We knew the NFT was going to drive subscriptions, but this is some of the first analysis of how intense the farming was.
24% of the people who minted had less than 10 followers.
Almost 12% had 0 followers.
Speculation on the future value of the NFT is right here in black and white.
There is no way someone with 0 followers paid to “support” the protocol or get the future benefits of longer casts and more photos.

Crazy stats! It really shows how much farming shaped the early NFT scene here. Makes you think about who’s truly supporting the network and who’s just playing the game. What do you guys think this means for the future value and community growth?

Farming was just survival at the start. But beware, those playing around now might become the monsters controlling everything later. Don’t underestimate the dark shadows lurking behind the NFT spotlight.:)

today's airdrops showed that farmers were right to risk $120, and so far after a day, it had paid off.
"There is no other benefits to it" funny

i’ll be honest, i have been on here since it was warpcast, never was on here much because i felt like i was posting into an abyss so reverted all my focus back on X. the pro sub got me interested, while i wasn’t an avid user of farcaster, i still knew it was a good project with good people
behind it, so decided to buy.
