Right now I am trying to build muscle so have to eat a lot more, especially complex carbs like buckwheat. I didn’t notice any carbs on your picture and that’s why I thought it’s keto☺️

I'd probably describe my diet as the Mediterranean diet :) But officially I'm not on any specific regimen, I just love veggies and try to get as much fiber per day as possible :)
