💬 When everything’s falling apart, look for an anchor ⚓️ . Sometimes it feels like the world is going to pieces. Plans, pace, emotions, your ordinary life are falling apart. In these moments, the task is not to gather the pieces, but to find a point of support. Even tiny! Inside of you! Trying to find my own moment of steadiness. Even the smallest one.

It only seems your world is falling apart, it’s really the plans you had were not really the right ones for you at this time. Consider this to be an adventure instead of a sad time. Look into yourself and tell her that you are stronger than you’ll ever know!!!! Tell her you have the ability to move mountains if you let her. I say this from 68 yrs of experience. Many times in my lifetime I have felt like my world was falling apart and I couldn’t go on and many times I’ve had to pick myself, up dust myself off, I told myself the same things and then I said “bring it! You got this.” Those rough time made me who I am today and I am proud of her! I can say I have lived a full, beautiful, blessed life!
