Some of these we could solve for quickly if we revisited the strategy work we did at the end of last year, and started using it to guide our focus and effort.

Longer conversation (and not knocking the effort), but I just don’t think strategy docs are the right tool for organizations like Purple.

There is no one in charge. This isn’t anyone’s job. Trying to manage via strategy doc is like steering a cruise ship w/ a sail.

For better or worse, we’re running on vibes.

Yep. Let’s chat more tomorrow. I expect we’re actually closer in perspective than it seems about the right course of action.

I respect that perspective and know  we both just want to see Purple succeed.

The history of DAOs suggests we should expect more of the same if we continue running on vibes alone.
