Love this quote from Richard Feynman about his experience of working with "great men". It's funny how unusual this experience seems today, especially with government bureaucracy. Listening to each other and deciding on the best course of action, even if it wasn't your idea. What a novel concept!

it seems timing was also of the essence, it was wartime and they really didn’t have the luxury of endless debates and sore feelings. there was a different, higher goal than personal advancement.

The fact they didn’t have to speak over each other to make their point. And how they all agreed in unison with the Tolman, having the ability to be objective. Great men indeed.
