All the ingredients to make my signature smoothie:

• kale 🥬
• bananas, 🍌 3 of em
• strawberries 🍓 
• blueberries, 🫐 and tons of them
• peanut butter, 🥜 2 heaping scoops
• ginger 🫚 
• cinnamon
• yerba mate
• gotu kola
• maple syrup, 🍁 a drizzle

And then I just add water
(no ice, everything frozen except the ginger & herbs)

For the longest time before I was an artist, I was a musician and composer. I've nearly always released my music for free. 

As a way to tell my full story, I'm going to begin releasing my favorite tracks from my archives, one at a time on /tortoise. Mint the first one below.

"Space Wizard (part 1)", was originally released 5 years ago on a collaborative album from a group of friends. We have released 13 albums together in total. This album in particular were songs inspired by the art of Zdzisław Beksiński.

My snake plant snapped on its own ￼🥲

so now I have a grass type sword. 🗡️🎋✨

Just randomly remembered how I once considered using a snake plant to test for antimicrobial properties because it contains phenolic compounds but ended up going with lemongrass instead. 

Didn’t realize snake plants could grow this long
