notion custom agents are incredible i've already automated: - customer support through drafted replies - receipt matching for business expenses - monthly client invoices based on hours in toggl time tracking what separates notion from other agentic systems is how easy it is to create an agent you just describe it in a notion page in english what is really amazing are the triggers you can have the agent run based on external stimuli- like a new email, on a recurring schedule, when a slack message is received, etc so it's very easy to get things running on autopilot not only that, I even created an agent to read all outbound emails and update my knowledge base for support this way, the agent updates its internal knowledge automatically based on my outbox.
