🍝 Garlic Butter Shrimp with Lemon Pasta
🔹 Ingredients (2 servings):
200 g pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
250 g peeled shrimp
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ lemon (juice and zest)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
🔹 Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve a bit of the pasta water.
2. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side until pink.
4. Add lemon juice, zest, and a splash of pasta water; mix well.
5. Toss in the pasta, coat with the sauce, and sprinkle parsley on top.
