I Took a Photo!

Have you ever noticed how similar first dates are to gourmet events?  You take far too long choosing your outfit, acting as though you understand jargon like "umami," and attempting to keep yourself clean the entire time.    However, nothing compares to the excitement of a five-course surprise dinner where you are unaware of half of the components!  Is that a leaf that blew in from the patio by accident, or is it basil?  Who knows?  That's what's exciting!    Not to be overlooked are those "influencers" who appear to have a sixth sense when it comes to spotting the ideal angle for an Instagram photo.  As I eat the little work of art on my plate, I'm over here attempting to look sophisticated.
