Recently, I found out a friend that I lost touch with is on a death bed with late stage cancer. All doctors say there’s nothing they can do anymore. She is dying 💀
I met her more than 15 years ago through mutual friends. We used to party together, did all kinds of stupid and reckless shit and had so much fun. Or at least we thought we did
Then, life happened and we lost connection. Two years ago, I found out Diana has cancer. I was shocked. I tried to contact her but she never returned any answer. I didn’t know how bad the situation was
But today, I learned the cancer treatment Diana went through since 2023 only made her health worse to the point she finds herself now - hospitalized and on heavy pain killers, lost a lot of weight and unable to recognize her mother and friends ðŸ˜
Today, I realized my friend Diana is dying! I also realized throughout the years I could’ve said so many things to her
I’m devastated about Diana because I was reminded life goes on but death is the inevitable end. Sooner or later. At least to the body. As a Christian, I believe life continues after death and all who believe in Jesus Christ, have hope even in their last breath
I could’ve shared my Christian faith with Diana but I didn’t… And my soul hurts, my heart is crying… 11 replies
