Iām in my home town for the next ~10 days I need to touch grass more and touch my phone less I need to rest my brain and restart mentally to come back stronger for what life has next for me. Right now I feel a bit stuck š How do you recharge during the summer? Do you plan time offline for a longer period?

Aha welcome back to your home town!! Nope not really, 5 days a week - 8hrs per day i work ! So on Fridays and Saturdays i be like just me on my bed and that's it! No outing no picnics no parties nothing at all, and tbh i hate socializing IRL
