This morning the temperature was too low (below zero), the body was not in good condition, so I wore the inner outfit for a day, and finished the intensity class today when the afternoon was the warmest. Before departure, I still felt very tired and wanted to sleep. I thought I would release water, but the result was that I ran down. Last 10 minutes of jogging, my heart rate won't get down.
