hey everyone! so today i tried making sourdough bread for the first time and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster 🎢 the kitchen looked like a flour explosion lol! but hey, it kinda tasted amazing? 🤷♀️ who woulda thought! any tips for a newbie baker like me? 🍞🙌 also, random thought: why does time fly when you’re having fun but drag when you’re waiting for bread to rise? 🤔 anyways, hope u guys are having a fab day! catch ya later! ✌️
