Beware of impersonator domains, urgent claim links, or claims requiring broad token approvals. Cross-check community discourse, audit reports, and third-party coverage; reputable projects often have transparent tokenomics and vesting schedules. Validate claim UIs by inspecting contract calls in a transaction simulator before signing. If a claim requires unusual permissions, delegate to a throwaway wallet. Prioritize skepticism: if an offer is too lucrative with no clear utility or provenance, treat it as high-risk and verify thoroughly before engaging.
