Is there a way to do simple notifications locally without storage? I keep finding myself among template code pushing me to get redis and Iām just not doing that.

Something with redis I have to set up to do notifications? Then I saw itās freemium and decided not to give it a go ā theyāre not huge for my ideas. A ālike to haveā for like a global game maintenance notice system, but not a need. š Iām not a real dev so I try to avoid plugging in too many third party things from docs that I donāt use or know. Had a negative experience bot making on Discord, learned a lot about how I build.

Thank you for the feedback, and don't be too hard on yourself My dream is to make Farcaster Mini Apps vibe-codeable by anyone! I'm actually convinced we will soon see many viral mini apps by non-coders. Was pretty impressed with @elvi's vibe coding session yesterday

Now if we can vibe code more regulars into the community š been trying, got a handful of family to join (wife, mom and sister in law; my brother lost his TBA keys so he decided heād rather not try) ā friends still warming up to the idea. I donāt really know āapp userā types and those I know familiar with crypto still look at my experience here and eye roll āyou enjoy your funny internet casino money, lol. Itās not real.ā Itās hard being the only person among IRL connections thatās actively developing AND blockchain-interested. Having all of my crypto-positive experiences only coming out of Farcaster is surprisingly burning me out a little fast. What is immutably good though is the fact I paid for dinner and bills with post earnings and social content even as a nobody. So itās also hard for me to worry about notifications when all the best and worst parts of the experience are so far from it. š If my Vibe Market cards generate enough revenue though and I was certain I wouldnāt hit a shameful ācanāt pay my billā wall Iād just eat it and set up redis/up stash per the template though.
