This key cap is very broken. Apple says they need to replace the entire keyboard. Any creative ideas here. It still works when I press on the rubber it’s just that a piece of plastic broke off and the app replacement keys don’t snap on. 

Any creative ideas on how I can fix this?

p.s. because I don’t live anywhere near an Apple Store nor in a place apple can ship to, just replacing the keyboard is not an option since it takes to long.

Make a nice little wire or wax cast around it and then melt a small bit of LEGO into there maybe and absolutely put the results on techgore.
