What are the "DePIN" projects that people think are most likely to actually work?

It feels like the category is a new name for something that's been around for a decade (StorJ, various decentralized ubers...) but has never gotten off the ground? So what's the bull case for why it will get off the ground now?

Im biased and part of the Sia tribe, and the tech already works, after a rewrite, and with utreexo being added in a upcoming hardfork, it will be a very unique project.

Being most like BTC in spirit and block times, and being a 501c3 (no more VC funded dev/involvement), it is one of the few decentralized DePIN I know.
