I apply some olive oil to my nostrils as an ointment, The redness and scratching disappear even before I'm fully healed

Oranges! tasty vitamin C, and since childhood I've been told that orange is the sworn enemy of colds. Lemon or orange juice significantly speeds up the healing process

In the worst case scenario, I might have to add: garlic! Something like VIP when I need the SWAT 🫨

Must sleep soundly if there is a headache too

I avoid dairy products and spicy foods because they increase phlegm 😧
And I make sure to dispose of tissues regularly, because they're a handheld germ bomb 👀
