I've always known mine because everyone knows theirs in Korea (common in Japan too). It's similar to zodiac signs in California, where it's associated with personalities. Back when we used paper address books, there was always a spot to write down someone's blood type. My party trick is guessing people's blood types. Always a 25% chance of being right, which helps: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_type_personality_theory A famous Korean Y2K era rom com based on blood types: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/My_Boyfriend_Is_Type_B
