Sunny days are great. But there’s something so beautiful about fog covering the hills. The beach is also quieter on “bad weather” days. This weekend has felt go-go-go from wake up until head down. So I took ten minutes today to just walk by myself along the kelp at low tide. It felt like medicine for my body.
