added a pending state to activity to show tips that haven’t been processed onchain yet.

we’re currently seeing ~4 tips/sec and have processed ~25k onchain tips in the last 30 hours. around ~15k tips are in pending state. we’re actively clearing the backlog + upgrading our infra.

There is no transaction pending.
I tracked on base scan 
It's showing usdc gone to different address than mine
