I asked my friends to each send a 30-second voice note describing the "standards" set for men. Funny enough, every reply was over three minutes long. It's clear that the phrase "as a man..." comes with so many expectations and pressures. Everyone defines what it means to be a man differently, but one thing is certain: men deserve to be treated as people with real feelings and emotions, not just as stereotypes.
