🇹🇠Som Tam (Papaya Salad) – Thailand
Ingredients:
Green papaya – 2 cups (shredded)
Cherry tomatoes – ½ cup
Green beans – ½ cup
Lime juice – 2 tbsp
Fish sauce – 1 tbsp
Chili – to taste
Instructions:
Pound chili, garlic, lime, and fish sauce.
Add papaya, tomatoes, and beans.
Toss well until coated.
Serve fresh and spicy.
