🇱🇧 Fatteh – Lebanon
Ingredients:
Pita bread – 2 (toasted)
Chickpeas – 1 cup (cooked)
Yogurt – 1½ cups
Garlic – 1 clove
Tahini – 2 tbsp
Instructions:
Mix yogurt, garlic, and tahini.
Layer bread, chickpeas, and yogurt sauce.
Top with olive oil and nuts.
Serve warm.
