🇵🇰 Haleem – Pakistan
Ingredients:
Beef or chicken – 500 g
Wheat + lentils – 1 cup mixed
Onion – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Garam masala
Instructions:
Cook grains and lentils until mushy.
Slow-cook meat with spices.
Blend grains into a thick paste.
Mix with shredded meat and simmer.
