🇬🇪 Khachapuri – Georgia
Ingredients:
Flour – 2 cups
Yogurt – ½ cup
Cheese (feta + mozzarella) – 1 cup
Egg – 1 (for filling)
Butter – 2 tbsp
Instructions:
Make a soft dough with flour and yogurt.
Shape into a boat and fill with cheese.
Bake until almost done, then add an egg on top.
Bake again until the egg sets slightly.
