🇲🇽 Tacos al Pastor – Mexico
Ingredients:
Pork – 500 g (thin slices)
Pineapple – 1 cup (chopped)
Onion – 1 (sliced)
Chili paste – 2 tbsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Instructions:
Marinate pork with chili paste and vinegar.
Grill until slightly crispy.
Serve in tortillas with pineapple and onion.
Add cilantro and lime if desired.
