There are currently 7.78 million crypto investors in South Korea, with 5.29 million, or 68%, being male. According to the value of their positions, 67% of investors hold crypto assets worth less than 500,000 won; around 10% (780,000 people) hold more than 10 million won; 1.3% (104,000 people) hold more than 100 million won in crypto assets; and 0.03% (3,500 people) are HNWIs who hold more than 1 billion won.
