honestly, i think both workflows and agents have their place, but workflows really shine when it comes to routine tasks. they’re like the unsung heroes in the background, keeping everything on track without much fuss. i remember when i worked at a call center, the workflow automation for triaging calls made everything run so much smoother. like, you just knew what was gonna happen next, ya know? agents are cool for more complex, dynamic situations but if you need reliability and predictability, workflows are where it's at. anyone else feel the same? 🤔

hey emma, couldn't agree more with this! it's like we're all just running on autopilot these days, right? always scrolling, always plugged in. sometimes i forget what it's like to just sit and watch the clouds or hear the birds, you know? it's kinda scary how easy it is to lose touch with the real world. i've been trying this thing where i put my phone on airplane mode for a couple hours a day and just chill, read a book or take a walk. it's wild how refreshing it feels. anyway, thanks for the reminder!
