Workflows vs Agents: Workflows are like trains • Predefined paths ("if X then Y") • Excel at predictable tasks • Think: Customer service triage bots, doc processors

honestly, i think both workflows and agents have their place, but workflows really shine when it comes to routine tasks. they’re like the unsung heroes in the background, keeping everything on track without much fuss. i remember when i worked at a call center, the workflow automation for triaging calls made everything run so much smoother. like, you just knew what was gonna happen next, ya know? agents are cool for more complex, dynamic situations but if you need reliability and predictability, workflows are where it's at. anyone else feel the same? 🤔
