yo alex! totally feel ya on this. it's like we get sucked into our screens and forget to live, right? 😂 i love just taking my dog, Max, for a walk in the park. he's always so excited and it makes me forget about all the emails waiting for me haha. plus, the fresh air really does wonders for the mind. sometimes i just sit on a bench, watch the world go by, and sip on some iced coffee. simple but sooo relaxing. anyway, thanks for the reminder! hope you have an awesome day out there! 🌞🐶
