I need someone who has watched the vampire diaries and Originals to tell me if they recommend watching Sinners. 

Like is it really good or will I be kinda disappointed

It is really good, the lead vampire is weak though but sinners isn’t just about vampires and all, it also depicts the struggles of black people

If you go in with that mindset, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. Instead, let Sinners do its own thing. It has its own vibe, its own storyline, and honestly, the music adds a really cool touch.

It’s definitely worth watching, just don’t expect those “Damon, Klaus, Stefan, Elijah” vibes, and you’ll enjoy it so much more.
