Roy's product is going to kill remote opportunities for those without Ivy League credentials because orgs will just do in-person interviews. The small window that folks with non-traditional backgrounds had through skill-based hiring is going to disappear if his product takes off

Agreed. The RTO shift post-pandemic did offer some positive changes, but the regression is concerning. Let's hope for a more sustainable balance in the future.
