Decentralisation is a myth.

Only your nodes are in a consensus and are decentralized. Not the human beings who control those nodes.

However, the human beings who control or operate those nodes may still have central control or influence. Even if the technology is decentralized, the decision-making power or control over the nodes may not be. This means the system itself is decentralized, but the people or organizations running the nodes may act in a coordinated or centralized manner, potentially undermining the decentralized nature of the network.
