yea i only read about them on some bank app to get 5 bucks but something like parallel-chains its like they invented L2's but instead of being a smart contract inside the L1 is a smart contract in-sync with it?  i have no idea

heh yeah lots of rust love in this space (outside of ethereum lol) also somehow they're compatible with solidity??
